Andrew is the owner and principal architect of the firm. He works hard and plays just as hard, whether it is fishing in Montana with his sons, mountain biking on the trails in Vermont, or skiing in Revelstoke, BC. It is his focus on the details as well as pushing through the challenges that make him a successful architect, businessman, and boss.
Kathleen came to the firm fresh back from Colorado and ready to be home. Growing with the firm and leading projects is not her only skill. Most weekends you can find her at a local cliff or climbing gym with her son. @ssallemi88 Traveling and overlanding with her husband has taken her to Nova Scotia and Quebec City this year. Looking forward to trips south and west in the near future.
Kelley has been with the firm since 2020 and is an Associate Architect. Fun for Kelley includes flyfishing, backcountry skiing, traveling, and camping with his wife. Every now and then he has the opportunity to swim with the dolphins. When he’s not spending time outdoors, he enjoys refurbishing his classic Boston Whaler boat. Hoping to get it in the water next summer.
Brenna was the first Interior Designer hired for the office and she has expanded our design team literally from the inside out. She is also our resident baker. We are fortunate enough to have tasted her creations. If she isn’t inventing new delicious meals, she spends time with family on the lake or on the slopes skiing.
Amy has been with the firm for nearly 3 years now and wears many hats. Her ability to switch projects to support any member of the staff in whatever capacity is needed is just what every firm needs. Her skills in Landscape Design as well as experience in architecture are valuable commodities. But that does not keep her from enjoying her family and their outside activities. Whether she is on the reservoir paddling or driving the kids to a soccer game, she always does it with a smile.
Jonathan "Jon" is a designer currently taking the ARE, on track to become a licensed architect. Architecture and how people interact with the buildings around them has long inspired Jon's curiosity and creativity. What in childhood was finding joy in drawing and creating, and a reverence for his grandfather’s architectural career, eventually led to building his own home with his wife and family.
Jon says "It's the opportunity of a lifetime to share my passion for dynamic problem solving and creative exploration with the people whose buildings I help bring to life, and the talented colleagues and crafts-persons I collaborate with every day." His curiosity doesn’t stop at the design table, it flies into the outdoors with him and his family.
Jon lives north of Stowe with his wife, daughter and son. He and his family can be found on bikes, skis, and two feet, deep in the forest or high on a mountain immersed in the sights and sounds of Vermont’s landscape; Jon's most meaningful source of inspiration.
